Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bh77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bh77 platform, accessible at bh77.io, including all associated casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support facilities.

Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the bh77 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bh77 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter will be escalated to the appropriate authorities where required.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bh77 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any location outside its intended market.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. bh77 reserves the right to close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or materially incomplete.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bh77 Account. The Company employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same player will be closed, any balances will be forfeited, and any withdrawals made from duplicate accounts may be reversed at bh77's absolute discretion.

Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bh77 Login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bh77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be deemed authorised, regardless of whether you personally performed it.

The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bh77 operates a Know Your Customer programme in accordance with responsible gaming and security best practices. You may be required to provide copies of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered to your mobile number). bh77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bh77 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. bh77 may close any Account without prior notice where there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the bh77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts. No currency conversion facility is offered. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their own financial institution when funding their Account from a non-BDT source.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are specified within the bh77 cashier section and are subject to change. bh77 reserves the right to impose transaction limits at the individual account level where required for security, compliance, or responsible gaming purposes.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

Bonus offers and promotions are available to eligible players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with no history of bonus abuse, account violations, or incomplete verification.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time the promotion is offered. Until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied in full, bonus funds may not be withdrawn. Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live table games may contribute a lower percentage. 6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. bh77 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

bh77 operates monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, bh77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, close the Account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn.

Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Availability

7.2 Random Number Generation and Fair Play

Sports Betting

8.1 Bet Placement

Sports bets placed on the bh77 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming placement. bh77 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets once they have been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred as described in section 8.3.

8.2 Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international cricket events, FIFA for football). 8.3 Obvious Pricing Errors

bh77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed failure, or manual pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's Account. bh77 will notify affected players as soon as practicable after identifying the error.

8.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market as displayed in the bh77 sportsbook. In general, bets on events that are postponed by more than 48 hours from their original start time will be voided and stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bh77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances, recovery of prior withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.

• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bh77 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to the Platform via your payment provider.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bh77 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunction, third-party service interruption, or network failure.
• Loss of winnings due to a voided bet or game round as a result of a technical error.
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Any loss arising from the actions of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit bh77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Amendments to These Terms

bh77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — bh77 will provide notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the bh77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect. The current version of this Agreement is always available on the bh77 Platform.
